Use Files, Assets and Jobs to inspect working files, review delivered versions and follow progress.
Open work beside the chat to inspect it, play it, or refer to it in your next message.Start from a chat that has files. For a new chat without a project, send the first request so Voyager creates its working folder.
Open the right panel and choose Files. If the panel already has tabs, use its + button, labeled Add panel surface, to choose Files. The right-panel shortcut is ⌥⌘B on Mac (Ctrl Alt B on Windows/Linux).

Select a file
Browse or search the file tree, then click the file. Voyager can preview images, video, audio, PDFs and several document formats beside the chat.
The file tree includes working material as well as finished assets.

Point the agent to it
Right-click a file and choose Add to chat, or drag it into the message box. This references the file; it does not move it.Add a request such as “Use this as the reference for the lighting,” or “Make a shorter cut from this video.” For visual feedback, open the media’s review controls and attach comments.
Open Assets and choose This chat, Project, or All chats. Project is available when the chat belongs to a project. Select an asset to see its versions, then open the one you need.
Change the scope when the file you want came from another chat.
Use Compare when there are suitable versions to compare. In a project, you can also open the project page’s Outputs and use the version badge to reach Open and Reveal.A preview may follow a newer version delivered by the agent. Watch for Showing the agent’s latest version and use the Back to link when you want to return to the earlier file.
Editable text files save automatically as you type. Changes affect the actual file; there is no separate Save button. Keep a copy first if you need the original unchanged.
Some files are read-only in the preview. For an unsupported file type, use Open in default app when available, or the reveal action to open it from your file manager.
Open Jobs to check a generation or render. The activity tray can also show progress across work. Queued means the job is waiting; sending the request again is not needed to move it forward. If a paid job fails or its outcome is uncertain, ask the agent to check that existing job before starting a new attempt. See generation problems.
Files shows the folder’s contents; Assets shows presented work. Ask the agent to present the file as an output if you want it in Assets or the project’s Outputs.
A generated clip is not the final video
A generation may produce one ingredient for a larger edit. Look for the assembled result in the agent’s final reply, or ask it to finish and present the cut.
The preview cannot open the file
Reveal it in your file manager and check that it still exists. Try its normal application if the format cannot be previewed in Voyager. If it was moved, tell the agent the new location.
