Who it’s for
It’s for people who already work in ChatGPT, Claude or Codex and want to make media there without switching apps. You don’t need the Voyager desktop app, and you don’t need to be a developer. You connect once, sign in with your Voyager account, and that’s it. There are no keys to copy.Set it up
ChatGPT
Add Voyager from its ChatGPT listing.
Claude
Add a custom connector, or one command in Claude Code.
Codex
Two commands in your terminal.
What it can make
- Images, from a prompt or by editing an image you give it.
- Short videos, from a prompt or from a photo.
- Speech, in a premade voice or your own voice clone if your plan includes voice cloning.
- Music and sound effects.
- 3D models you can download, such as GLB files.
Plans and credits
Generating uses Voyager credits from the workspace you choose when you sign in. The connection doesn’t come with its own credits, and chatting in ChatGPT, Claude or Codex doesn’t use Voyager credits.- Video and 3D need a paid Voyager plan. Voyager Free includes some image and voice models.
- Ask what it will cost. Voyager can give an estimate before it starts. An estimate isn’t the final charge.
- Cancelling is best effort. Work that already finished can still be charged.
- If your plan or credits don’t cover a request, Voyager tells you in one sentence and links to your plan and credit details. You can’t buy credits or upgrade from inside the chat. Do that at voyager.so/dashboard/billing.
How it differs from the desktop app
Cast you make through the connection and Cast in your desktop projects are separate. They don’t sync.
Want to build Voyager into your own code instead? See the Voyager API.
Your files and how long they’re kept
- References you share are kept for 7 days, unless you save them into a Cast card.
- Results stay available to download for 30 days.
- Cast you save stays until you delete it.
- Preview and download links expire after a few minutes. Ask Voyager for the result again to get a fresh link.
