When you finish, you can ask Claude for a video clip, an image, a voiceover, music or a 3D model, and Voyager makes it. Voyager isn’t in Claude’s connector directory yet, so you add it yourself. It takes four steps in Claude, or one command in Claude Code.
Before you start
  • Claude on the web, the Claude desktop app, or Claude Code.
  • A Voyager account. If you don’t have one, you can sign up during the steps below.
  • Cost: adding Voyager is free. What you make uses Voyager credits from your workspace; video and 3D need a paid Voyager plan. See Plans and credits.
  • This page is about using Voyager inside Claude. To run the Voyager desktop app on your Claude plan instead, see Connect Claude.
1

Open Connectors

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
2

Add a custom connector

Choose Add custom connector, name it Voyager and paste this URL:
3

Connect and sign in

Click Connect. On the Voyager page that opens, check the app it names and choose Continue, then sign in with your Voyager account. If you belong to more than one workspace, choose the one whose plan and credits this connection should use.
4

Turn it on in a chat

In a new chat, open + → Connectors and turn on Voyager.

Check it worked

Ask: What’s my Voyager plan and how many credits do I have? Claude uses Voyager to answer with your workspace, plan and credit balance. Then try something small: Use Voyager to design a gig poster for Friday, tangerine on navy. The image comes back with the model’s name and the credits it used.

If something went wrong

Your Claude plan or organization may not allow custom connectors. If you use Claude through your company, ask your Claude admin. Claude Code works without this setting.
Check that Voyager is turned on under + → Connectors in this chat, then mention Voyager in your request. In Claude Code, run /mcp and check that voyager-cloud is connected.
The workspace you chose has a Voyager plan, but no seat for you. Ask one of its admins to add you, then connect again. Or connect again and choose your personal workspace.
Your workspace’s plan or credits don’t cover it. Owners and admins can upgrade or add credits at voyager.so/dashboard/billing. Then ask again.
