# Generate in your browser

> Make videos, images, voiceover, music and sound effects at voyager.so/dashboard with Voyager credits, and find everything you've made under Your generations.

You can make a video clip, an image or a piece of audio on [voyager.so/dashboard](https://voyager.so/dashboard) without installing anything. Pick a model, describe what you want and Voyager renders it with your workspace's Voyager credits.

> **Before you start**
>
> * **A Voyager account.** Anyone signed in can use Generate.
> * **Cost:** each generation uses Voyager credits from your workspace. The cost shows before you start. Voyager Free includes some image and voice models; video needs a paid plan. See [Plans and credits](https://docs.voyager.so/account/plans-and-credits.md) and [Voyager pricing](https://voyager.so/pricing).
> * **One result at a time.** Generate makes single clips, images and sounds. To plan, edit and finish a whole video, use the desktop app. See [Generate images and video](https://docs.voyager.so/guides/generate-images-and-video.md).

## Make something

**1. Choose Video, Image or Audio**

In the top bar, choose **Video**, **Image** or **Audio**. Under **Audio** you pick **Voice**, **Music** or **Sound effect**.

**2. Pick a model**

Open the model button above the prompt and choose a model. A model your plan doesn't include shows the plan it needs.

**3. Describe it**

Write your prompt in **Describe what you want to create**. For a voice, write the **Script** the way it should be read.

Many video and image models also take images: a **Start frame**, an **End frame**, **Reference images**, or an image to edit. Some take a reference video. Add them in the slots under the prompt, or leave them empty to work from the prompt alone.

**4. Check the cost and generate**

Adjust the settings, such as length or aspect ratio. The estimated credits show under the button. Choose **Generate**, or press <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>Enter</kbd> (Ctrl Enter).

Not sure where to start? The **Examples** tab shows what each model can do. Choose **Use this example** to load its prompt and settings.

> Generating spends Voyager credits as soon as the job starts. Check the estimate first, especially for long or high-resolution video.

## Check it worked

When the result is ready it appears under **Latest**. Play it, open it larger, or choose **Download** to save it. **Run again** makes another take with the same settings.

## Your generations

Everything you've made in this workspace is under **Your generations**, next to **Examples** on each Generate page. You can also open it from your account menu. Each page shows its own kind: videos on **Video**, images on **Image**, sounds on **Audio**. Choose a result to open it, or the download button to save it.

## If something went wrong

> [accordion] The button says Upgrade plan

> The model you picked isn't in your workspace's plan, and the message says which plan it starts on. Your prompt and settings stay while you upgrade. Only workspace owners and admins can upgrade; if you're a member, ask one of them. Or pick another model.

> Your workspace doesn't have enough Voyager credits for this generation. Owners and admins can add credits in **Settings → Plan & billing**. On Free, wait for your allowance to renew or upgrade. See [Plans and credits](https://docs.voyager.so/account/plans-and-credits.md).

> Some models must be turned on for a workspace before anyone can use them. Choose **Request access**, read and confirm the rules, and send the request. The button shows **Requested** until it's answered.

> Your workspace has a plan, but you don't have a seat on it yet. Ask a workspace owner or admin to give you one.
